Product overview
This machine is specially used for testing the damage of product packaging by falling and evaluating the impact strength during transportation and handling. The machine can perform free drop test on the surface, Angle and edge of the package. It is equipped with digital height display instrument and decoder for height tracking, so that the drop height of the product can be accurately given, and the error with the preset drop height is not more than 2% or 10mm. Product performance characteristics
The zero-drop testing machine USES a “E” fork which can move down rapidly as the specimen bracket, and the tested goods are placed in balance according to the test requirements (surface, edge, Angle test).During the test, the supporting plate moves downward at a high speed and is separated from the test piece. The “E” fork has been embedded in the bottom plate under the action of a highly effective shock absorber before the package goods of the test subject fall to the bottom plate. Theoretically, the zero-drop test machine can perform the drop test from zero height to the maximum drop height range.
This equipment USES the motor to drive the screw rod to control the lifting of the worktable and the test piece. The cylinder generates thrust to lower the workpiece at the falling speed greater than the test piece, and the test piece keeps the original state (surface, edge, Angle) free falling.
