進口液壓隔膜泵產品描述
進口液壓隔膜泵十字頭密封裝置。其特征在于隔擋上方設置透氣小孔，進口液壓隔膜泵隔擋下方設置單向閥，透氣小孔和單向閥內側為十字頭安裝位置，透氣小孔和單向閥的外側設置一波形罩，進口液壓隔膜泵波形罩的縮口端與活塞配合，波形罩的開口端與箱體的隔擋配合，波形罩與隔擋之間形成儲油槽。十字頭帶動活塞往泵頭方向運行時，安裝在十字頭上的密封圈就會起到密封作用阻擋潤滑油向箱體右側泄漏，長時間工作密封圈會部分失效，這樣一部分潤滑油會進入波形罩與隔擋之間形成的儲油槽內，不會泄漏到液壓油箱內；當十字頭帶動活塞往動力端方向運行時，泄漏到儲油槽內的潤滑油，在波形罩的擠壓下通過單向閥流回到傳動端油箱，這樣就能阻止串油現象的發生。

高速旋轉的電機通過減速機構帶動箱體中的曲柄旋轉，再通過曲柄連桿結構轉變成十字頭的往復運動。
