本系列醬料灌裝機是我司集多年生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗，并引進吸收技術(shù)研制而成的新一代“盒裝火鍋底料自動灌裝機”。適用于現(xiàn)在市場上流行的磚塊老火鍋底料的自動灌裝，它采用活塞定量，集機電、氣動于一體，電器和氣動元件選用品牌，由PLC控制，設(shè)計合理，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，外形美觀，具有性能穩(wěn)定可靠、灌裝精度高、適應(yīng)性強、操作簡單、維護方便等特點。
此設(shè)備爭對于現(xiàn)在市場上流行的各種規(guī)格盒裝老火鍋底料的自動灌裝而設(shè)計，前端人工放盒，自動輸送至灌裝機進行定量灌裝（也可設(shè)計成油料分離定量灌裝），灌裝完成由人工添加海椒香葉，輸送長度由客戶產(chǎn)量以及場地而定制，后端可直接輸送至冷凍線進行快速冷缺，冷缺完成可直接進入本公司專業(yè)設(shè)計研發(fā)的“全自動真空包裝機”進行自動真空包裝。以完成整套生產(chǎn)線的全智能化，減少人工提高生產(chǎn)效率。
本系列灌裝機有雙頭、四頭……八頭等多種型號，每種型號按灌裝范圍分成多種規(guī)格，還可根據(jù)需要料桶加裝攪拌機構(gòu)、料斗保溫、油料分離灌裝、適應(yīng)70-95℃高溫灌裝等，可根據(jù)客戶的生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量以客戶需求定制。
