感溫變色是一種隨溫度上升、下降而反復改變顏色的微膠囊顏料。變色形式：低溫有色，高溫無色。可以反復變換顏色。

溫變粉注塑適用的材料為：PP/PVC/ABS/PU/EVA/硅膠

溫變粉的注塑比例為0.5%-0.8%，通常為0.5%，普通顏料遇變色顏料拼色，則普通顏料（或染料）的用量大約為變色顏料的0.5%-2.5%

注塑分散不開可加分散劑（白蠟油、分散油）、擴散粉、白油。白蠟油加入有種濕濕的使混合更均勻，加多會起泡，加1%左右，也可不加。
