操作流程

1、在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實驗室環(huán)境條件下對狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)好的試樣進行試驗。
2通過對基點上的壓力點施加特定的力（沒有放置試樣），對測量尺進行清零或者記錄初始的非零讀數(shù)。
3、升起壓力點并插入試樣。當(dāng)將壓力點慢慢地與試樣接觸時，調(diào)整試樣的位置以便測量器點位于糙面的突起之間的凹陷處的“低點”或“低谷”，獲得局部小厚度讀數(shù)。重復(fù)以上步驟，每個試樣一共獲得3個測量讀數(shù)。取3個讀數(shù)中的小值作為該試樣的厚度，結(jié)果要求jingque到0.025mm，
4、測量時測量器需要在滿額靜載壓強條件下，靜置5s，然后按照測量器的精度記錄厚度值。
5、用所有試樣的結(jié)果計算樣品的平均厚度，記錄時jingque到0.025mm。
6、測量試件厚度10mm以下的不用加標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊。
TCGB-26 Geomembrane Rough Thickness Instrument Test Procedure:
1. Test the sample with good state adjustment under the specified standard laboratory environment conditions.
2 The gauge is zeroed or an initial non-zero reading is recorded by applying a specific force to the pressure point at the base point (no sample is placed).
3. Raise the pressure point and insert the sample. When the pressure point is slowly in contact with the sample, the position of the sample is adjusted so that the measuring point is at the "low point" or "low point" in the depression between the protrusions of the rough surface to obtain a local minimum thickness reading. Repeat the above steps to obtain a total of 3 measured readings for each sample. Take the minimum of the three readings as the thickness of the sample and the results are required to be accurate to 0.025mm.
4. When measuring, the measuring device shall stａnd for 5s under the condition of full static load pressure, and then record the thickness value according to the accuracy of the measuring device.
5. Calculate the average thickness of the sample with the results of all samples, and record it accurately to 0.025mm.
6, measuring specimen thickness below 10mm does not need to add the standard block.
測量試件超過10mm的先找基準(zhǔn)面然后把標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊加上后定位零點后取下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊和定位塊測量試件后加上標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊的高度就是試件的高度（厚度）

報告平均厚度的如下信息：
1、工程項目，測試的防水板的類型，抽樣方法。
2、用來測試厚度的設(shè)備名稱或相關(guān)描述。
3、測量器點的尺寸（如果與這個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不同的話）。
4、樣品和試樣的尺寸（如果與這個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不同的話）。
5、加載間隔時間。
6、試樣的數(shù)量。
7、報告每一個試樣的厚度測量結(jié)果，jingque到0.025mm。
8、報告所有測量結(jié)果的平均值，jingque到0.025mm。
9、可用百分?jǐn)?shù)形式表示樣品的單個測量結(jié)果的變化系數(shù)。
10、在測量過程中出現(xiàn)的任何異常的或者超出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的情況。
11、在測量過程開始和結(jié)束的實驗環(huán)境條件。
