水泥魚巢磚鋼模具設計方法及說明

2.魚巢磚護坡模具組裝完成后要在內腔中涂刷上機油，當更好的是涂刷上一定的脫模劑，脫模劑和機油都是用來進行模具保護的，如果說在生產時沒有來進行刷油這一步就會造成整個模具直接的和泥漿進行接觸。
3. 泥漿攪拌均勻后澆筑在模具中，可以拆入規定的振動棒來排除氣泡，這樣生產出來的魚巢磚護坡模具預制件就不會受到影響了，在凝固后才可以來進行脫模。

After the slurry is evenly mixed and poured into the mold, the specified vibrator can be removed to eliminate the bubbles, so that the prefabricated parts of the slope protection mold of the fish nest brick produced will not be affected, and the demoulding can be carried out after the solidification.
